Vice-Principal
Message from the Vice Principal
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah.
As Vice Principal of Vision Academy, I have the privilege of seeing our school from the closest vantage point — inside the classrooms, in the corridors, during lessons, during challenges, and in those small everyday moments where real learning happens. And if there is one thing I have learned, it is this:
Children do not grow only through textbooks — they grow through guidance, consistency, and meaningful relationships.
At Vision Academy, our focus is simple and intentional:
strong academics, strong values, and strong character.
Our integration of the British Curriculum with Hifzul Quran is not a marketing line for us — it is the framework we genuinely work with every single day. We want our students to become confident thinkers, responsible Muslims, and emotionally intelligent young people who understand both their faith and the world around them.
We are building a culture where:
Teachers are mentors, not just instructors
Students feel safe to ask, explore, and make mistakes
Parents are partners in the learning journey
Discipline comes with dignity and understanding
My commitment as Vice Principal is to ensure that every student receives:
Fairness
Structure
Support
— three things children need to thrive.
I also believe in being accessible to students and parents, because real progress happens through honest communication and teamwork.
Our goal is not to produce children who just “score well,” but children who:
Think well
Behave well
Live with purpose
If we can achieve that, grades will naturally follow — and so will success in both this world and the next, insha’Allah.
Thank you for trusting Vision Academy. Together, let us create the environment our children truly deserve.
Bushrat Jahan Promi
